  • Nothing beyond a working kitchen. All cookware, plating ware, serving equipment and cutlery is brought to your home. A quick kitchen check is part of the pre-booking conversation.

  • Yes — every menu is designed around your preferences. Allergies, restrictions, religious requirements, and vegetarian/vegan preferences are all accommodated. We confirm details during the consultation.

  • For private dining: all food, plating, service, and cleanup. For pop-ups: a set menu and seat at the table. For courses: tuition, ingredients, equipment, and the meal at the end. For catering: scope is agreed per event.

  • Optional wine pairing can be arranged for private dining. We recommend specific wines for each course based on the menu. Wine is charged at cost, not marked up.

  • Private dining: two to six. Pop-ups: by venue capacity. Courses: up to ten. Catering: any size — from intimate to several hundred.
